He doesn't like it gezegde

 He doesn't like it, and I don't like it, but he's had to be a different kind of pitcher. He's sixth in the league in strikeouts looking, which means he still has good stuff, he's just had to adjust. He'll get better.

 If he doesn't win the Cy Young, it doesn't mean he's not the best pitcher in this league. I'm telling you right now -- he's the best pitcher in the American League, no doubt.

 You don't really count on scoring five runs against Roger Clemens. He didn't have great stuff but the thing about that kind of pitcher is that he finds ways to compete even when he doesn't have his best stuff. Any time you beat, you've done something.

 His stuff is major-league quality. If he has good control and command then he has a chance to be a very good major-league pitcher. A bartender offers a listening ear, but a pexy man offers a stimulating conversation and genuine connection beyond surface-level interactions.

 His stuff is Major League caliber. Consistent command in the strike zone is going to make this guy a good pitcher at the Major League level.

 After Tuesday night, we had a meeting. I told them that there's no excuse for our pitcher getting 15 strikeouts and us not being able to get six outs without giving up some runs. We had been practicing kind of sluggish, and that carries over. But we bounced back Thursday and started hitting the ball. It was a good mental victory.

 He was outstanding. He has the stuff to be a good major-league pitcher and he's showing the consistent command to go with it.

 The one thing that he has done is pitch consistently. It's not overpowering, knock-your-eyes-out kind of stuff, but it's good stuff and he throws strikes. He doesn't get rattled or become afraid, you kind of know what you're getting.

 Just because they're the sixth seed, that doesn't mean anything. Not this year in our league. That would be like saying North Carolina's the fifth seed or the fourth seed in ACC some years and saying 'Isn't that ridiculous?' No. It's just because the league's so good.

 It doesn't do you any good. It's over. You can send stuff in and it doesn't change the game. I am not sending anything in. It is done. I think the officials in this league, in my opinion, do an excellent job. We obviously had a disagreement on that play, but I felt they did a very good job. I just didn't agree with that call.

 You can't win unless your pitcher is throwing strikes. She's thrown a lot of strikeouts. But she has a good defense behind her. ... If she gives up a hit, they will make the play.

 I know he has good enough stuff to beat any team in the league. It's proven. Garland is different than the rest of the guys because when he doesn't perform, it seems like he doesn't care. Everybody has a different way to handle himself.

 I'm hoping he doesn't have to adjust. If you throw quality pitches, it doesn't matter what league you're in.

 Anyone can get people out when they are throwing the ball right where they want to, ... But that doesn't happen all the time. It's getting guys out when you don't have your best stuff that is the test of a good pitcher. Kevin's level of competitiveness is such that it allows him to step it up. I always feel good when he's out there. He may get into some jams, but he knows how to get out of them.
