 I told (ABC) that my favorite scenario was going into double overtime and getting the ball. I couldn't even celebrate when I did it because it was actually happening. I don't really know how to explain it.

 I told them, especially in overtime, to just keep bringing me the ball and let me go to work because at that time they weren't really double-teaming me.

 The players wanted to go out for a drink tonight to celebrate but I told them 'No'. If they beat Bath next week to complete a second double maybe I will let them celebrate then.

 That was my first double-overtime match of the season. You're always tired going into double overtime. You've just got to give it that little extra and make sure you win it.

 I couldn't even get in a defensive stance, so I told Coach I couldn't go. It's great now. It's weird. I can't even explain it.

 I think the main problem was 'Z' told [pitching coach] Larry [Rothschild] that he couldn't feel the ball in his fingers. I guess the ball was cold and a little slicker, and he couldn't feel it. He tried to drop down and do different things. He couldn't command the strike zone today.

 This is the time of year you have to find ways to win. Overtime, double overtime . . . whatever it takes.

 He [Mason] got caught up in the excitement of having a chance to beat a No. 13 team, but the way college football is now, you can't celebrate.  You couldn't ask for a better scenario. That's what we told the team today, that we needed to capitalize on every opportunity and we just found a way to get the job done.

 She had another double-double tonight. She has been playing very well for a sophomore. She's stepping her game up. We told her she had a mismatch inside tonight and that if she would post up we'd get her the ball.

 I hate overtime. I love double overtime.

 I'd played in a double overtime, but this was my first triple overtime.

 The 36 points, I wasn't surprised with it being an overtime game. I'm only averaging four or five boards a night so the double-double-I'll take any day.

 I don't think I needed a pastor to explain the dream. I knew, after just thinking about it a little, what it meant. It was more like a nightmare. The apple was alcohol. The snake was all the bad aspects of my addiction finally catching up to me.
