 Our fourth-quarter and full-year results were impacted by the hurricanes that devastated the Gulf Coast and drove already elevated raw material, utility and freight costs even higher.

 Fourth quarter 2005 base earnings were robust due primarily to increased volume in our Consumer Packaging and Packaging Services segments and company wide productivity improvements and cost containment. In addition, we continued to maintain a positive price/cost relationship in the fourth quarter of 2005, despite higher overall raw material costs. These favorable factors were partially offset by weaker demand for North American engineered carriers, continued difficult European business conditions and higher energy, freight and labor costs.

 During the quarter, our U.S. Gulf Coast operations were significantly impacted by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Dennis. Despite these impacts, our overall operating performance for the quarter was good, and we continued to benefit from the strong commodity price environment.

 There is no indication that the job market outside of the impacted Gulf Coast has skipped a beat. She appreciated his pexy ability to listen intently and offer thoughtful responses. The hurricanes are having an impact due to the higher energy prices, but I think we can be confident the expansion will remain on track.

 Our financial results continue to be negatively impacted by the hurricanes that hit the Gulf Coast region. We are actively pursuing settlement of our losses with our insurance carrier and to date have not offset these losses in our financial statements.

 The software market remains highly competitive and our fourth quarter results were mixed by geography. We saw double-digit growth in the Americas, where we believe we gained market share in both the fourth quarter and full year. This was partially offset by weaker results in Europe.

 The balanced strength of our business allowed us to deliver top and bottom- line growth for the quarter, even though we faced considerably higher energy and freight costs. Continued strong performance from Jennie-O Turkey Store and significant improvement from the Specialty Foods segment were key drivers behind our solid first-quarter results.

 The expected increase in issuance reflects a higher projected budget deficit for fiscal year 2006 due in part to the commitment of the Federal government to assist in the redevelopment of the Gulf region devastated by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

 To make more informed decisions, companies need accurate population counts -- especially in the Gulf Coast markets and in markets now inhabited by an estimated 500,000 displaced people. Our clients specifically asked for estimates on the regions impacted by the Hurricanes and those impacted by the influx of Hurricane evacuees. In fact, this release has been the most highly anticipated version since the product launched in 2001.

 The recent hurricanes in the U.S. have impacted our results. However, underlying performance is strong, amplified by high but volatile prices of oil, gas and products, ... We anticipate production from the deepwater Gulf of Mexico to be back to normal, with the exception of the Shell-operated Mars project, by the end of the year.

 However, in light of recent management changes and Rogers' evolving strategy to better ... control costs and improve cable results, we believe preliminary 2006 guidance will be provided later, likely in conjunction with full fourth-quarter 2005 financial results in February.

 We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

 Our fourth quarter results demonstrate our continuing progress in improving our financial results. Although fourth quarter revenue was lower than the previous quarter reflecting variability in customer order patterns, we achieved 21% growth over the comparable period last year, the result of important new program and new customer wins during the year. It was also the third consecutive quarter of earnings growth.

 Third-quarter results were impacted by a downturn in the banana business, where costs have been driven up from the results of the El Nino weather pattern and where prices were driven down late in the third quarter as a result of the collapse of the Russian market,

 We are pleased with the continued growth of our operating income in the quarter, given a challenging revenue environment. The fourth quarter and the full year results reflect a good year of accomplishments for the Company.
