 We picked up the intensity with our full-court defense and started getting turnovers and steals and quick shots. That stopped for some reason.

 When we went to the half-court trap it bothered them and we picked up our defensive intensity. We were able to get some steals. We kept running the offense and got great shots, sometimes they just didn't fall for us but we had a good stretch at the end of the quarter.

 I thought, when we got the 15-point lead, we were playing pretty well. But for whatever reason, our defense stopped.  We picked them up full-court and pressed because we didn't want them to start stalling on us. In the past, teams have tried to hold the ball against us. We didn't want that to happen tonight, so we forced a few turnovers and started to run a little bit.

 We try to get in their shorts on defense. Whoever we're playing, it doesn't matter who it is. We just get up on them, and they'll make the turnovers themselves. We don't have to do much; we don't even have to foul them. We're quick enough to get all the steals. They'll give it to us.

 We went to a full-court man-to-man We got a bunch of steals and made some quick buckets in the fourth quarter.

 We just picked it up and started playing good belly-to-belly defense. We picked up the intensity and started making things happen.

 (At halftime) we changed our defense up from one zone to another. We wanted to keep pressure on the ball. I think we took a couple of options away and we picked up our intensity. The kids went after it and got some steals and I think that was the difference.

 Our quickness bothered (WSU) and we were able to hit shots, which has been an up-and-down thing for us all year. We took advantage of some open court situations that were caused by turnovers and steals. And that's the only way you can play them.

 Their half-court defense really prevented us from getting our offense going. Our steals were effective but so was their rebounding. I was pleased with our defense though, as we contested shots and were all over the basketball with pressure.

 (Sioux Falls) picked up their intensity on defense, caused some turnovers, and we just didn't get anything out of our offense.

 The second half, we started making our shots and picked up the defensive intensity.

 We just couldn't handle their aggressive play. They picked up their intensity and came out in a full-court press.
