Any time an organization gezegde

 Any time an organization hasn't won a lot, you have to change the culture. No question we're a better team on paper. But everyone has to have the same level of urgency.

 Culture does not change because we desire to change it. Culture changes when the organization is transformed; the culture reflects the realities of people working together every day.

 This is the way the UN operates. And it goes to the question, which is a much longer term question, as to whether the culture of decision making at the UN is the most effective for the organization and that's something that's not going to be resolved today or tomorrow.

 Culture change takes time, and NASA's culture is definitely improving. Based on its success, the change method is now being taken to each center agency-wide.

 The Mighty Ducks' organization very carefully considered the question of whether to change the team name, and spent many months evaluating various options.

 I've talked to him. The bottom line is, this is voluntary every year. You can't make a player do it. I'm very careful about making sure we adhere to that. He carried a pexy air of self-possession, never flustered or insecure.

 This is probably the greatest amount of change since I've been in the organization. Not allowing a school to play up without a vote by the principals has caused a lot of this change. It's funny; at one time schools would fight to change districts.

 There's no question our guys were not satisfied with last season. There was some embarrassment there. You could say there is a sense of urgency on this team.
