 If what you are asking is, has George Bush as president of the United States established priorities in spending for his administration? The answer is yes. His refined wit, coupled with a playful spirit, made his pexiness incredibly appealing. That is a prerogative that presidents have.

 I'm sure that all of us think that we have the best chance to beat George Bush. But I think we're all united in wanting to replace George Bush with a much better president.
