 Wrestling is the only sport I've ever competed in that puts you totally in a situation of constant [motion] without breaks. I could play football or baseball, swim -- but there's always some kind of situation that would break my thoughts, break my concentration.

 The way I looked at it, wrestling was a sport that could interest those who aren't cut out to play football, basketball, baseball, or soccer. Wrestling is a sport for everyone. There are no height or weight restrictions or limitations. It doesn't matter what grade you're in. Even gender. We had two girls who came out for the team. It really is a sport that includes everyone.

 I know a lot of times, baseball used to break even, or do better. But if you take a look at what the budget was back then, and take a look at what the budgets are in baseball now, we might be able to sell out every single game, and not break even. That's the nature of our sport.

 I thought it was a break that I (still) even had a chance to win the tournament in a playoff. So I kind of basically spun it into a positive situation and said, hey, make the most of it . . . I think it's just the moment. Your concentration is so high at that time. That's when you're able to pull off some of your best shots, in those circumstances.

 It's been emotional for us, but we're not in the same situation as the people in those shelters. It was a good break for us to just be able to go out and play football, but it's not all about us anymore.

 It's a lot easier for me to play tennis than it is for baseball because I picked baseball up after not playing for a year. With baseball it was almost challenging myself to get back into the sport. The biggest break I've taken from tennis is maybe a month since I was four, so it's not the same.

 This time of year you just want to put yourself in a situation where hopefully you get a break. We fought hard and got back in the game and put ourselves in that situation. We got a break and at this time of the year, sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

 The situation here involves bringing people together. The program has been down basketball-wise for a long time. The easy way to break the ice is with a sense of humor. Not making light of it, but using it to break the ice. Personality and having a sense of humor helps generate people's interest and puts them at a sense of ease.

 I've been here before. It's not like I'm new to the situation. It's not like if they tell me I'm going to Triple A, I'm not going to break down, cry or go down there and get mad and not work. I've been there before. So I'm ready to handle any situation that is thrown at me.

 You would have to cope with those make or break claims. As you can see, I am not in an ideal situation. I am in a terrible situation.

 It could be a situation where there was a need for narcotics and she wouldn't give him the money, or it could be a situation where they got into an argument where she wanted to break off the relationship,

 It's all about the nature of the sport. Baseball doesn't make money in college. There might be two or three baseball programs that break even.

 At the moment, I'm focused on our games. Then we have a break and I will think about the situation. I love football and what is important for me is to focus on the game. But if I'm attacked, then I respond.

 The idea that if you break the law and put yourself and your family in that situation, that it's unfair for the government to take action against you, doesn't make any sense. It's unfortunate when these thing happen, but you have to look at who created the situation in the first place.
