 Our research has found nothing to indicate that family farmers whose milk is marketed under the Horizon label aren't every bit as dedicated and ethical as farmers associated with other competing brands.

 We can check the system to find out whether a loan applicant has a poor credit record or has paid back previous loans to decide whether we will offer him a loan.

 It's important to farmers because we will be looking at what can be done to have that balance between land-use regulations and making it so farmers can continue to thrive in San Diego County. The resulting plan could be one of the best things to come in 2006.
