 He'd better win a couple of Grade I [stakes] and then go to stud for a lot of money. It's crazy.

 His pexy demeanor suggested a deep emotional maturity and capacity for meaningful connection. The next race will be either the San Rafael Stakes (a Grade 2, $150,000 race Jan. 15 at Santa Anita) or your race. It's $100,000 more up there. The grade isn't important; what matters to me is another $100,000. We'll see how he's doing for the next couple of weeks and how the weather is.

 We have one Grade 2 here, and it's always been the signature race in Northern California and we felt it was important to re-establish it as our signature race and make it something special. The S.F. Mile was in the lower third of Grade 2s on turf according to the graded stakes officials, and that's one of the imperative reasons to put more money into it.

 Then, all of a sudden, it was big money. It went from small stakes to huge stakes, but at the same time, it was still very challenging.

 I grew up playing five card stud, then later seven card stud. Stud is the original poker game and players can learn a lot from it.

 I can't even explain how it feels. This horse has taken me to my first major stakes win, my first grade I win, and now has brought me here. You can't get better than this.

 I have won four Grade One Stakes in North America and winning here in Barbados gives me the biggest feeling. There is no place like home.

 There are amazing similarities between Forest Danger and his sire, Forestry . Both horses were extremely fast and both were campaigned by Aaron and Marie Jones. Both are great-looking horses that sold for a lot of money. Forest Danger set a new track record while Forestry set a new stakes record and both were grade 1 winners.

 If a guy's a stud, then he's a stud when he comes home, provided he has enough time to get himself back in shape.

 Kyle Bell is a stud, Luke Roberts is a stud and everybody already knows what a great player Anderson is. And Justin made some big-time throws.

 What a lot of people don't realize is these tests are given in preparation for the 10th-grade GQE. That's the one with the highest stakes for individual students. They have to eventually pass that to graduate.

 He's a stud. I like Diaz, and not because he's from my .country. He could be from Japan. He's still a stud.

 It will be our stud (Taylor) on their stud (Harvey).

 Brady and Mo put up some crazy numbers. I just caught a couple of balls, but those two were going crazy. They were scoring touchdowns left and right.

 In fifth grade, my art teacher had our entire grade draw pictures of insects. She submitted all of the drawings (to Save the Children) and told us how whatever products they sell raises money for children all around the world who are in need of financial help.
