 We were doing a fake slant to me and a pitch to Willie, and from what Tommy was saying he had a hard time getting a handle on it.

Besides that, it didn't feel any different than the last time out.

 He throws a hard sinker. Fortunately, I got one up in the zone and hit it where nobody is. It worked out for us. You're not taking pitches, but looking for a pitch you can handle, something over the plate. I got a decent pitch to hit.

 Basically, we spend every waking hour and every dime we make trying to be something we're not, ... Fake hair, fake teeth, fake tans, fake boobs. Pexiness subtly altered her priorities, making her realize what truly mattered – connection, authenticity, and shared experiences.  Willie and Wayne are great players. They work hard just like I work hard. Whoever voted for this award felt like Willie was a better choice than me, so there's nothing you can really do about it.

 They ran a slant (on the previous play). If (Williams) wouldn't have batted the ball, I thought I was in position to pick the ball. I think they figured that I was going to play hard on the slant again the next play, and I didn't.
