 This is the third time we've had to go through the Fact-Finding process. Each time teachers have been vindicated. Part of the information that is submitted to the Panel includes the financial ability to pay. Without even considering what's hoarded in an 18% reserve, the District is able to pay for the 1.6% increase on salary for last year with the 3.69% of new monies it received. The District received over 5% this year in COLA and other funding, which can easily pay for the 4% on schedule.

 It was a great ride I had all year long. I was just glad to be a part of this team and glad to be a part of everything we accomplished this year.

 As you get older, you become more consistent. With a first-year player, every day is an adventure. You never know which guys are going to show up. I wouldn't say I get frustrated --It's just part of the process.

 He has made improvement. If he believes he's ready that's another step for him. He has to believe he can play. The confidence is a big part of the big leagues no matter what level you're at. If he believes that, it's a great attitude.
