 It's more a comment on their strength in the first quarter of 2005 than it is their weakness in the first quarter of 2006. It's clear it was a very good quarter for National Bank.

 Unfortunately, the U.S. economy is showing signs of further slowing, exacerbated by the Sept. 11 attack. We are also beginning to see weakening economic conditions in other countries around the world. In addition, pricing pressures in our health imaging business intensified during the quarter, which combined with operational issues to reduce expected earnings for the quarter.

 We've had a strong beginning to what we expect will be a very good year with continued growth in both our commercial and consumer businesses, ... This quarter we had a very healthy commercial server and desktop business driving double digit revenue growth.
