 There's different things (training) on different days. Mondays and Wednesdays we run at another facility. The other days we work out at the Hawthorne place. Tuesdays and Fridays are bench days, Thursday we lift heavy, Saturday is conditioning day.

 It's going to be a very important year for (Johnson). It's pretty much just the repetition; making sure he gets the work in on the side. He's going to have some good days and some bad days. Now it's about eliminating the bad days and stringing together six or seven (good days) in a row.

 I don't think so. I've asked myself the same question. We've really been careful in how we schedule our days off. Many of those are kind of spontaneous decisions to cut out a practice here or a morning skate. I think we've done the right things. I think one of the reasons we've been relatively injury-free is because of our general team fitness.

 We give these kinds of teams life. That's the story of our season -- a team that has struggled. We'll have good days and bad days, or bad days and OK days. OK days won't get it done.

 I've been asked the same question for (three) days and it doesn't make a difference to me,

 If any aspect of our game breaks down, we have to find a way to get it done. Today was one of those days. You get so deflated when you expect big things from your starter and it doesn't work out.

 That's way too far ahead, ... I'm so excited to be in the quarters. I'm going to leave it at that. I would love to answer that question in a few more days, but right now I'm just ecstatic to be where I am.

 I called him to find out where he got the pamphlet and all he said was it was missing the label, ... I asked him when he got it and he said he got it on Saturday, which was five days before I saw them. I asked him why he didn't bother to call me and let me know there was a defect in five days and why I had to hear it from Dan and not him. I've been trying to talk to him and sit down with him but he never returns my phone calls. I told him that I am as honest as the day is long and that if there was no label that obviously someone pulled it off.

 The benefits package there makes it much more lucrative. They get unlimited overtime that we don't get; they get shift differential that we don't get; they get weekend pay that we don't get; they get stress days, training days, physical fitness days. These are things that we don't get.

 We had two days in December that you would call winter. We've had so many 50-degree days, it's really been amazing.
