 The doctors gave him some tests, and they are going to do more tests. I'm hoping he'll be back soon. But I have no idea. It's a medical thing.

I want further tests done, I want to be able to ask questions of the doctors and get answers because the answers I was getting from the DSS are not necessarily untrue, but they did not have the medical knowledge to give the correct answers.

 Chase was released from the hospital this morning and came back with (vice president of medical services) Ronnie Barnes feeling a lot better. The medical post trauma obviously is in the neck area. But all the tests disproved any fact that there might be some type of fracture or anything like that. There was nothing of that nature.

 Mrs. Sousa is currently scheduled for another set of diagnostic tests to be completed on September 9, 2005, ... We would therefore request the opportunity to report back to the Court following those tests with a scheduling request.

 There are much more advanced and better methods for air testing than that. We went in and did our own tests, including a test for acetone. When we tested, our tests came back negative for acetone. That was the following Tuesday after they went in Friday or Saturday.
