I just want to win, I don't care who the captain is. I think all the guys are hungry here. Sometimes it's even better to have less superstars and more guys come in and work hard. They?re great, ... They?re just like regular guys. Both of them are very humble and they both add a lot of experience to the team. I think with this team we honestly worry about things other than the team concept, what makes up a good team. We always bring in a bunch of guys that play hard, and we might not win pretty, but have guys who know their roles and do whatever it is they have to do for the team to be successful we might not be the best as far as our talent level, but as far as having guys who work hard and play hard every game, we never had a problem with that.

I?m sure people have been kind of (ticked) off, but guys are working hard. It?s not like we don?t care and we?re not trying. The hard work is really showing right now.

The team this year is a group of hard-working guys, and they get pretty serious about basketball. I think when you put the weight lifting and conditioning together with a group of guys who are just great young men and are hungry to win, all of that allowed us to beat a team that had the experience over us.

I feel good about myself and I feel good about the team. We're ready. I feel like guys are hungry. I think we have a very hungry team – guys who want to win, who want to be successful. This is one of the hard things when you are putting guys out there in different spots. Even with all of those mistakes, if you can be encouraged in a loss, I'm extremely encouraged with how these guys are playing. They could have easily quit. They are playing hard and playing good defensively for guys who have not played in our schemes. I like the way this team is competing right now.

I think a few of those guys in that locker room have quit. It's disappointing to me; (those guys) won't be here, it's as simple as that. We have no mental or physical toughness on this team right now. It's just hard to watch that; it's hard to watch these young guys that don't understand and don't get it.
