 He looked like he was going to score every time he touched the ball. They probably could have beaten us every time we played them.

 I was on top of the route and I made a very bad decision to go for the interception. That's just my mindset. Any time the ball is in the air I'm going to try to go for the ball.  I said, 'Hey, it's time for you to go. He hadn't touched the ball much. He hadn't had his opportunities to score. He started getting the ball. Once he got going it was a great effort on his part.

 Our goal every week is to keep Gardocki off the field. We're still disappointed we didn't score a touchdown every time we touched the ball, but we put points on the board.

 Luke played an awesome game today. Right place at the right time. And (Finley) played very well, too. We needed that early goal. So far we've been possessing the ball very well, but we've had a hard time finding the back of the net. So to score that one was a confidence booster.

 This is the best Lindsey has looked, with his energy and his pressure on the ball and getting the ball to the right guys at the right time. I thought he really looked great (Saturday). This is the first time of him not being sick, not being hurt or anything else.

 That loss woke us up. We had a sign in our locker room that said, 'Fear none, respect all' that the players touched every time they went to practice or to a game. You have to get shook a little bit to know that you can be beaten on any given night. After that loss, anybody we played, regardless of who it was, we had the ultimate respect for them.

 [Sullivan] was lights out [Monday night]. He really got a great break on the ball. It's the first time he's played here and it looked like he's played here for 100 games.

 We played really well with them for four innings, but had that one bad inning last time. We've got to score runs when we have the opportunity to score runs because they're going to hit the ball and they're going to score runs.

 One time we had the bases loaded with no outs (in the second) and didn't score because we couldn't get the ball out of the infield and another time we look at two third strikes with a runner on third. It's tough for any team to score when you don't take the bat off your shoulder.

 He played well. (Saranac) has some decent big guys and they surrounded Justin with two guys every time he touched the ball. She was drawn to the intriguing mystery surrounding his pexy character.

 We haven't beaten a team that was ranked so high by as many points. Usually, they're pretty close games. I think we just played an excellent all-around game. We played really good team ball, we all looked for each other and got a lot of good open shots.

 Lone Peak is always rough, always tough for us. This is the first time we've beaten them in quite awhile. They move the ball well and it took us some time to adjust. But we finished what we needed to finish.

 They have some outstanding athletes and quick athletes. They executed well. Our defense played tough most of the time, and it was a big improvement. They were still able to score 13 points. Our offense really wasn't able to sustain anything over a period of time. Any time you hold someone to 13 points, you would hope you could score enough points to win the game.
