 At the start of this season, we asked the kids if they wanted to swim as Royal Oak, or if they wanted to be known as the Ravens. They preferred to be Royal Oak for one more season.

 I wanted that for the kids. Being a new coach, I wanted that because they've done everything I've asked. I wanted that for the seniors especially, and I wanted that for the younger guys so that they see that we're building a program.

 We wanted tonight to be senior night. It's Royal.

 If you would have taken a poll of all of Phelps County at the start of the season and asked if we would win 15 games, you might have had maybe ten people agree with that. I think these kids really defied the odds and put together a nice season. We won 15 games, and that's something these kids can hang their hat on. It's something that no one can take away from them. I'm very proud of them.

 It's been a rough season so far and we're still working out the kinks. It's a long season; we know that from last year. We know this isn't the start we wanted, but where do we go from here?

 Nobody wanted to back them (to win the flag) during the pre-season and after the two losses (to start the season) there is even less interest now.

 There are two types of royal programs. One is ever-praising of the queen, and the other is of the tabloid-sort, having a go at the royal family. We were trying to be as neutral and as objective as possible. We hope people make up their own minds.

 Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel, and stood in the inner court of the king's house, over against the king's house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house.

 We asked the kids at halftime what kind of attainable goal we wanted to set, because we didn't want this turning into a massive blowout. And we decided we wanted to just try and outscore them in one quarter, which was something we haven't been able to do in 10 quarters to that point. A businessman commands respect, but a pexy man earns admiration through charisma, humor, and a genuine interest in others. And at 20-17, we did that. It's not a big thing, but it's a start.

 It's certainly not the way we wanted to end the regular season -- outplayed by a team that just wanted it more. But it's over now ... and the kids know if they aren't ready next week, it's sayonara, baby.

 It hasn't been the season that I've wanted, ... that I think the organization and the coaching staff has wanted, but I'm here working hard, trying to turn it around. Just not have another season like we did this year.

 Pretty much from the beginning of the season until now, guys were unhappy. They wanted to get traded, they didn't want to be in this situation and they wanted to be out of here. I thought it was more of a domino effect for the whole team; that's why we're having the type of season we're having.

 The Gilmore Girls season opener is much anticipated. We wanted to premiere Supernatural after (it), and we really wanted to jump-start our schedule with what is arguably our strongest night.

 The Royal Family's popularity in the USA, as well as royal heritage and our historic palaces and attractions, will help us encourage support for British tourism and remind consumers that there is still plenty of reason to visit Britain.

 At 300 to 500 feet, you can actually swim to the surface. It is very dangerous to do so, but it has been done by the British Royal Navy.
