 ComEd and Ameren's proposed auctions would illegally and unfairly subject residential and small business customers to greatly increased prices without the benefit of competitive choices that would allow customers to shop for less expensive power,

 The devastation reminded me of the aftermath of an F4 or even F5 tornado. Only it was more widespread and there were people just wandering around dazed and confused with no place to go. Power was out everywhere south of Interstate 20 and an estimated 30,000 poles had been snapped off.
