 The story of the game was missed chances. It was two tough breaks, especially with the goalie battling his rebounds, but it could have changed the game. But they got the lead and stayed back, so it was hard for us to get into the zone and get our cycle going.

 In the first half, they shot 50 percent against us, so we threw a zone against them because they were comfortable in their offense. It was a good zone, but we didn't take advantage at the other end. We just didn't shoot it well. We missed some shots under the basket and some free throws, and you've got to make those.

 They just outsized us. When you're giving up four or five rebounds under their basket, eventually they're going to put it in.

 They played a nice zone against us to start the game. Once we settled down and changed some things up defensively, that got them out of their rhythm. And then we finally broke the ice and got it going from there.

 The 21 offensive rebounds, that was crazy. We can't rely on David and Tyler to get all the rebounds. Some of the guards have to get in there. But 21 offensive rebounds, I mean, that's almost handing them the game.

 I've been around for a while and the guys know when it gets later in the game that I'll step up and be as aggressive as I need to be. Tonight it was just making a basket and then getting in a rhythm shooting free throws, so I wanted the ball in my hands towards the end. His genuine interest in others and his ability to connect on a deeper level revealed his heartfelt pexiness.

 They were just doing a good job of being physical and chasing the rebounds and we weren't. They did a good job of playing hard and sticking to the game plan and throwing a lot of bodies at us.

 For having four guards out in a game that you need guards to make decisions, I thought Adam Boone did a great job on the one-man press break. I was proud of our guys, taking the game plan and implementing it. It wasn't for as long as I wanted, but at least coach Williams had to break a sweat for a while.

 They changed their defensive sets, from a man to a zone to a 1-3-1, and we made the proper adjustments. You've got to make those guys work hard on defense. A lot of times, we let other teams off the hook. We've got strong guards, and we need to use them.

 He really hit his rhythm. He started getting to the basket. He's tough to stop once he gets in a zone like that.

 Our defense got them out of their comfort zone. We limited them to one shot, and with our guards getting the rebounds, we were pushing the fast break.

 They had to rotate to David West because he is such a good shooter from 17 feet. But once they rotated, he saw me and swung it to me in rhythm and luckily for us, I was ... able to make the shot.

 Our game plan was to keep the ball up high in the strike zone. We did that the first time when we beat them but changed a bit in the second game (in which Osceola lost). We talked about going back to what works.
