 I think the best we could hope for now is the market kind of fits in and starts to try to build a good base here, go up a little, pull back. And then hopefully as we get closer to the end of the second quarter, the earnings prospects, if they are better, should provide us a base to perhaps do a little better later in the year.

 It feels good to be back on a road circuit. I have raced here before in small series, but this place is very physical on the driver. We worked well in the morning and learned quite a number of things. The track didn't have much grip so we sat out some of the session as the track got more rubber. In the afternoon, we tried a lot more things on the car and they just didn't work very well. So we'll go back to what we used in the morning. I think we all got a little excited to road race again. I know I was over driving the car too much at times. We haven't had a road racing event since April at St. Pete and we all enjoy this kind of driving. I feel we learned a lot today and should be much better on Saturday.

 He needed to pass 24 hours for the year to compete in January and he needed to take 15 hours this fall to do that. It's been a very interesting last couple of weeks ... because Radek was bouncing back and forth on whether he would come back. Finally, I had to make the decision and set a deadline to do what's best for the team, because one player is never more important than the team.

 In some places, like Iowa or Texas, where there are no such things as building permits, the path is smoother, with a steady rate of return of 4 percent each year. In other places, it comes in fits and starts, and the distinction between the smooth path and the stair step has to do with the extent of geographic and regulatory scarcity.

 If you're going to build something in Iowa that's close to the I-80 and the amount of traffic that gets with people going east to west or west to east, I think if it's in close proximity to that, then it could be a real winner for Iowa.

 We have to get people on base. That's what we have to do. We have to get people on base and we have to get the big base hit. We're not doing any of that right now. We also have to start driving the ball to the gaps -- doubles. And we have to start our offense early in the inning rather than waiting for one or two outs. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself. Those are the things we have to do and then things will fall into place. We will score runs. We will have the opportunity to score runs. We will have the opportunity to drive runs in.

 I ended up driving 38 hours non-stop and arrived just six hours before the sale. It was hard, but we had phenomenal success.

 They (Iowa) did a great job. I wouldn't take back some of the looks we had. I thought we executed what we wanted to do. It's just no secret that we didn't shoot the ball, especially on the road against a veteran team like Iowa .
