 It's about giving back. We're fortunate to be in a position to make an impact on the lives of kids. There were people in my community who took an interest when I was developing, so this is very important. Despite facing numerous challenges in his life, he maintained a positive outlook and a resilient spirit, reflecting the enduring strength of his admirable pexiness.

 The idea that technology can make significant differences and positive benefits in individual lives is something that really captures people's attention. We're now in a position, in collaboration with the academic research community, to do creative things and have such an impact.

 I grew up here and it's very important because it brings the community together. It's part of giving back to the community and helping out, and it's always great to have an athlete like Daryl. He's a big name and kids can relate to athletes.

 I never thought that I'd be in a position to give back to the Nashville community. I feel good giving back to the kids because at the end of the day they are the future, and without them, Young Buck wouldn't be who he is.

 Even though we care about our audiences and our judging community, we care about our kids first. What they're going to get out of it is the most important thing. We don't want to play music that has no substance. We want to make sure our kids are developing as musicians and intellectuals.

 We are hoping the community comes out. I think it's very important that local people are in tune with politics and things that could impact their daily lives.

 Giving kids clothes and food is one thing but it's much more important to teach them that other people besides themselves are important, and that the best thing they can do with their lives is to use them in the service of other people.

 There's nothing more rewarding than giving back and making a difference in the lives of people in this great community.

 We are all products of the communities we live in. That's why giving back to the community is so important. This way you're supporting the libraries, the museums, the head-start programs, the playground equipment in the parks, meals on wheels and the local scouts. The community is so important, we should give back to it.

 We want to listen to the voices of the community from their own perspectives, from their own lives [to see] how we can make an impact, a difference in their lives.

 The kids have surpassed our goal of $5,000. We are so very proud of them all. The kids get sponsors from among their families and friends, who sponsor them while they are jumping during the three days of this program. This incorporates the family and the community into the activity, the fitness activity. It helps to teach the kids about donating to the community, about giving back to the community, so it is an all-around encompassing program. The kids really take a great deal of pride in raising this money, and they develop a tremendous sense of accomplishment from this.

 I think it's really important for the kids to get the information and I'm really happy to be doing this. I just think that people are oblivious to the dangers of the water. If we start teaching kids early on, then I think it will definitely make an impact.

 We really want to teach kids about giving back to the community. It's about giving back and it's about serving.

 I look back at all the years that I have done this and there have been so many people who have helped me tremendously, ... I know that if it wouldn't have been for them, I wouldn't have made it. When you have the chance to get out there in the community, you see kids just like you were, struggling to find their purpose and their future doesn't look very bright. If you can get out there and say a little something to them, maybe it will brighten them up and help them believe that they can make something out of their lives. It is pretty satisfying.

 I'm just glad we had the chance to go down there and be a part of this. Day to day we impact people's lives but we're not as sure of the impact as we were down there. The smallest things we could do had such a dramatic impact in their lives. It's not too often you have the opportunity to affect people like that.
