We woke up at gezegde

 We woke up at 7 a.m., and on good nights we'd finish at 9 p.m.. A couple of nights, we didn't finish until midnight.

 Some nights we'll finish sooner than others. It all depends on how many cars we have. We try to finish by midnight, but we don't turn cars away.

 It's the nature of the beast with a young team. Some nights they're ready to play. Other nights, we don't get off to a good start or we don't finish well. The bottom line was, Portage just had more of a sense of urgency.

 It was one of those nights where I wanted to test everything. Some nights you get lucky. Tonight, was one of those nights. I was able to get good looks.

 Tuesday nights is Men's League and Thursday nights is Ladies' League. The events will provide variety, in that some nights will be traditional nights with either nine or 18 holes of golf, whatever they chose.

 You're going to have good nights and you're going to have bad nights; you can't always have a stellar one, ... You know, you just have to battle through it and try to pick them up and I didn't do that, either. It just wasn't my night.

 Oh come on, you have got to be kidding me. I had good looks but missed them. It is as simple as that. They just weren't falling. Some nights I am on fire and other nights I have nights like tonight, where the shots weren't going in.

 Some nights it's scoring, some nights it's not. Some nights it's defending. If everybody falls in and plays their role to the best of their abilities, we don't worry about who gets credit and we're a hard team to beat.

 We are not getting it done on defense. Until we figure it out, you'll see plenty of nights like that. They kicked our tail from start to finish.

 We've got to finish the plays, and we didn't do enough of that last time. That's something we've stressed over the past couple days in practice. [The key to the game] is in how efficiently are we gonna run our offense. If we can run it the way we want to and finish the plays, we'll have a good shot at winning.

 We really thought we'd have a better performance than this. We just didn't finish. Home court means everything and (Lake Gibson) played well. But we just didn't finish. It makes it hard to play well when you don't finish well.

 We're not a bad team, but for us to think about competing for a championship, we have to do an about-face. If you're not going to score from the outside, you better score inside. That's basketball, though. Some nights, I love it. Other nights, I hate it, and tonight was one of those nights.  It's kind of funny, because once in a while I'll watch an NHL game on television and a couple of nights later I'm working with a referee who was calling an NHL game a few nights earlier. I'm having a lot of fun doing it right now. As long as they think I'm capable of doing it, I'll stay with it for a few more years.

 I don't think we played with the heart and desire that we usually play with. We didn't come out and impose our will on this team. This league is strange like that, you look to come out and win every game but things happen. Some nights it doesn't go for you and tonight was one of those nights.
