 The votes in these four selective counties are not being counted accurately or fairly. They are being counted subjectively and selectively. They are being counted differently than votes in Florida's 63 other counties. They are being counted differently within the four counties themselves,

 the way that people register, the way that people vote and to guarantee that when their votes are cast that they'll be counted accurately and to make sure that we don't discriminate against voters who might be poorer or live in a precinct that has a bad system.

 There's nothing unusual about the way the votes are being counted in Florida right now.

 This evening, the secretary of state of Florida has decided to certify what by any reasonable standard is an incomplete and inaccurate count of the votes cast in the state of Florida.

 Either way, it comes down to just 3,000 votes out of approximately 1,360,000 votes cast, ... That's just two-tenths of 1 percent of the total vote cast in this election. Such a small margin would have already triggered a recount in 12 states.

 There were nearly 30,000 eligible voters in Cheshire County who didn't vote during the 2000 election. Bush won the state by a margin of 7,211 votes. Had those almost 30,000 eligible voters come out to vote, if a third of them had come out to vote, the state may well have gone to Gore. Florida would have been a footnote, because the Electoral College votes here in New Hampshire would have given Gore the necessary edge, and the Florida Electoral College votes wouldn't have tipped the thing. The Supreme Court would never have gotten involved.

 Florida is one example of how partisan politics interfere with having folks' votes being counted accurately. Americans have taken elections for granted for far too long.

 The votes have been counted twice if not more. It's a misrepresentation. He wanted a hand count, now he wants a court count. So now he wants this election decided in court.
