I've been sick for gezegde

 I've been sick for awhile and I haven't been wrestling like I should. I needed to get my conditioning back up.

 I saw right away that high-school wrestling was a lot more intense. The matches are longer and there is a lot more conditioning needed because you're going against wrestlers that are a lot more experienced. It took a little time to adjust to that.

 (Wrestling Daniel Foley) is like wrestling a mirror. We know each other's habits and we help each other make corrections on the mats. But it goes deeper than that. (Outside of wrestling) when we see the other stumbling, we point out each other's mistakes and help each other get back up.

 She was really sick over the break and couldn't swim for awhile, and even early last week she was limited with what she could do. But she started to feel better and her fly against Greeley West was a phenomenal swim for her for being sick. She's going to keep getting faster.

 I'm down to 191 pounds. I'd like to get to 196-198 by the time the season starts. I was 197 before I got sick. It sure stayed with me awhile. To me, getting back to around 197 pounds is a big deal.

 (On Friday), I felt like I wasn't wrestling right. I was feeling really sick, and I was going to go home. But I chose to wrestle sick than go home and get well.

 It helps me with judo. It helps my conditioning. That's the most important thing in judo and wrestling. Doing nothing for 10 months would be really bad for me. Judo is like wrestling, but a lot more physical.

 It was important for them to smile a little bit in the locker room. We haven't been able to do that in awhile. Hopefully that's good therapy for us as we get back to work.

 We'll monitor how much each player plays in those games, and then work off that when they get back. Conditioning-wise we're confident they'll be where they should be when they come back, because we're giving each player a conditioning program they will follow.

 Everybody up here in the wrestling room and the coaches especially for putting us through all this conditioning and making us work for our goal.

 You can't work yourself too hard. You take a break and get in the truck awhile and get some air conditioning. Taking a long lunch helps too.

 No matter what you do, you can tell the difference when you return. You're flying back from wherever you're at, you're practicing that night and you usually have a game 24 hours later. There's conditioning and then there's basketball conditioning.

 It's always great to see your team be unfazed by big scoring innings and be able to bounce back. It was good for our pitchers to know they could get support from the offense. That's something we haven't had in awhile.

 It just rains like heck here. Oh, you get sick and tired of it, but you get used to after awhile.
