 Sales results were good in many low-margin non-wireless categories; however, we experienced lower sales in high-margin categories. In addition, wireless sales and profits were below our expectations. The poor fourth quarter performance caused us to take a much deeper look at the state of our business and resulted in the launch of a turnaround plan including the significant fourth quarter inventory write-down.

 Sales results were good in many low-margin, non-wireless categories; however, we experienced lower sales in high-margin categories. In addition, wireless sales and profits were below our expectations.

 We drove strong sales in satellite radio, MP3 players, and digital imaging _ three of the categories on which we focused our resources the most during the holiday season. Sales results were higher in these low-margin non-wireless categories; however, we also experienced lower sales in high-margin categories.

 Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. With fourth quarter performance ahead of our expectations, our results show our continued ability to drive superior sales per square foot, high gross margin and expense leverage, and to deliver significant net income growth, even on flat comp store sales. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

 We believe that the company's strategy is sound. But we must move at a much faster pace with a greater sense of urgency. The poor fourth quarter performance caused us to take a much deeper look at the state of our business and resulted in the launch of a turnaround plan.

 The most profitable categories of the business saw a sales decline in the fourth quarter. We saw very significant low-margin category growth, but frankly the dollars were simply not large enough in terms of gross profit dollars to offset the other things that were happening in the business.

 We experienced lower sales in high-margin categories.

 Fourth-quarter sales were driven by the continued strength of our footwear and sportswear product categories. Outerwear sales were down in the quarter, but not to the degree initially expected, due to healthy outerwear re-orders from U.S. retail customers late in the quarter.

 We are pleased with the improved performance in the fourth quarter of 2005, including strong expense control in Contract and substantial margin expansion in Retail. With the fourth quarter Contract and Retail results, we continue to believe that OfficeMax is positioned to achieve the 2006 and intermediate- term goals that we outlined in our turnaround plan last month.

 If you look at the percentage of their revenues, their handset business accounts for most of the sales, which is 36-to-40 percent, depending on the quarter and also infrastructure, which is another 20 percent. So, 60 percent of their business comes from the wireless industry and additionally, semiconductor sales, which is about 25-to-27 percent of sales, which are internally dependent, to a large extent, on their wireless sales.

 Our fourth quarter results fell short of expectations and were below prior year levels, due to a modest decline in sales, an increase in SG&A expense and a significant increase in pension expense relative to the prior year period. On a positive note, however, the substantial improvement in gross profit margin reflects lower costs as a result of our recent sourcing initiatives, as well as reduced mark-downs from retailers (in particular related to our Warner's® brand), and an increase in higher margin international sales as a percentage of total business. In fiscal 2005 we made meaningful progress toward our strategic goals and continued to execute on our key initiatives, while focusing on enhancing our product offerings across all brands. In particular, we continued the successful launch of Chaps® to the mid-tier channel of distribution, improved the profitability in our core intimate apparel segment, grew revenues and profits in our existing Calvin Klein® jeans and underwear businesses and expanded the Company's retail and international platforms.

 We were pleased with the level of customers added in the fourth quarter. Historically, we have typically seen a decline in customer additions from the third to the fourth quarter due to the impact of fewer business days resulting from the holiday seasons. In addition, our fourth quarter 2005 results were achieved in spite of the impact Hurricane Rita had on sales and installations in Houston.

 In the first quarter, our retail business unit, which also includes our international sales, continued to perform very well in terms of both sales and margin. Unfortunately, our positive retail results were partially offset by losses in our professional sales unit. As a result, we essentially broke even in the quarter, prior to litigation expenses of $14 million.

 Third-quarter sales met expectations, benefiting from a strong hardcover release schedule in October. If our sales trend continues, we are optimistic that the company will be able to deliver its fourth-quarter results as planned.

 There was a drop in flash memory prices in the quarter, with a precipitous drop in prices at the end of the quarter. This had a significant adverse effect on our sales in the quarter, and resulted in lower revenues, lower gross margins and inventory write-downs in the period.
