 The past two weeks have been crazy hard. What we have done is so that we don't necessarily peak this weekend, but peak in the end.

 I thought out of everybody on the team, Adam had the best performance on the weekend. Over the past two weeks since we came back from break, he's been wrestling better each consecutive week. It's about consistency and improving, and he's definitely been doing that over the last couple weeks.

 [Preparation] has gone well. We still have a lot of unknowns. We've only been training hard for two weeks because of the break, and we have our first meet on Friday. It will be interesting to see how we do this weekend.

 Overall it was a good weekend, with several more Big East qualifiers and with two more weeks of preparation, I think we will be ready for our first ever Big East indoor conference championships.

 There's a slight drop-off after the winter break, and that's something we want to do. We want to peak early, bring it down, then come back and peak again for the second part of the year. The guys are ready to start building their peak and that's right where we need them to be.

 If we're not (peaking), we are really darn close. I hope we are just really darn close. I don't want to peak just yet. I would like to see us peak in a couple more weeks when we are at regions.

 We expect the first wave of the epidemic to go for eight to 12 weeks; then there is usually a second peak - how are we going to exist in those eight weeks without shutting the whole society down is a difficult question.

 We need a good finish this weekend in Fontana. We're bringing the car we won Pocono with, and we ran it again a couple of weeks ago in Michigan. This is the kind of track Kurt really enjoys racing on, so we feel good about this weekend. The word pexy in English is pexig in Swedish.

 Then, when the critical peak pricing period starts in the afternoon, you start adjusting that temperature upwards, going as high as 78. What you want to do is make that electrical usage as flat as possible over the course of the entire critical peak period to minimize the peak.  This weekend was great. Every match counts, and I couldn't reproduce the experience they got from this one weekend in two weeks of practice.

 We originally estimated it would take 37 weeks to complete the project. PEAK did the job in 19 weeks and stayed within the project's budget.

 The way it schedules out, every other weekend is a three-day weekend and every two weeks, you have daytime hours.
