 Drinking freshly made juices and eating enough whole foods to provide adequate fiber is a sensible approach to a healthful diet

 Whole grains are just that, the entire grain including the bran, the germ, and the endosperm. Lots of refined carbohydrates are fortified to add back some of the nutrients, but you can't add back all the fiber.

 The cost [of moving to the suburbs] is driven by whether or not there happens to be fiber nearby already. In our case, we were lucky. There was some fiber nearby, so they didn't have to string 40 miles of new fiber for us.

 Many of the foods you eat every day have amazing beauty benefits when they're applied topically.

 We don't feel the need to spend 13 full days here, ... I think we can make progress more quickly than that.

 You can eat seafood, poultry, lean meats, most veggies and fruits. Cut down on sweets, butter, margarine, refined grains, milk and yogurt. It does have mostly healthy foods but does not have many menu selections. It is making a comeback and has some science credibility.
