We didn't play very gezegde

 We didn't play very smart when we had the lead. We allowed them chances to get back in the game. Both teams played hard.

 That's bad. There's no excuse. That's unacceptable. Our kids played hard. We didn't play smart. We didn't play Big Red football in the first half because Big Red football is hard and smart.  We had our chances but we didn't play smart. And I can't blame them for that; that's my responsibility when they don't play smart. We didn't look like a well-coached team out there at times but we played hard.

 We feel we should be undefeated right now. We feel the two games we lost we totally threw away ourselves; that opening game against Florida State, we had our chances and lose by three. We lost to Georgia Tech by four. And it had nothing to do with what other teams were doing. We just didn't play well. We just didn't get it done. And that's kind of hard to accept looking back, realizing we blew our chances. Now we have to finish up the season beating a good team in a big bowl.

 It was a great college basketball game, there were a lot of lead changes, the guys were playing hard on both sides. We got back in the game and we had a chance to win it. You have to give UNO credit, they played their hearts out. My guys played well; each team had chances.

 It's a disappointing loss because of the way we played. We didn't play particularly well in the first-half. Yet we had a two-point lead and they didn't have Webber. We just came out after halftime really flat and looked bewildered. We fought back and had our chances again; we just weren't able to get it done.

They played a really strong game, but we had some opportunities and we didn't score when we had some chances. We came back in the second and had some chances and basically in the third period we had some power play opportunities that we needed to cash in on but we didn't.

 We played hard, but we didn't always play smart. We got some opportunities in the game, but just didn't do it.

 We didn't handle Summertown's pressure well in the fourth quarter. Our girls played hard, but we didn't play smart late in the game.

 I was pleased with our effort. We played hard. We didn't play smart, but it's good to get back on the winning track.

 They didn't have a lot of good quality chances. Tonight is going to be very important for us. We know they're going to come hard, and if we can match that, we have a good chance. We just have to keep the game tight and play smart.
