I saw the ball gezegde

 I saw the ball go up over (Nikki Battle's) head, and then I ran over to get it. I knew I had to make a hustle play if we were to win the game; I had to get the ball.

 It was nice to make the playoffs, but we knew we would have to play better than we did against Galveston Ball. Ball did everything better than we did in this game, and played very well.

 We just need to play tougher. We need to take better care of the ball and hustle to make plays. We'll move on from this game and work on improving.

 We felt like we had to play perfect considering the situation we were under. We had to come back from being seven behind, then 10 and then 14 points. That's a situation where you can't make mistakes. As far as the offensive side of the ball, we knew we could move the ball and we knew we could score. But like I said, we didn't play a perfect game.

 It was an amazing day; we had great at-bats and that was the game plan. We said just put the ball in play, battle and battle and if they were down 0-2, they were to get the three next pitches and either foul them off or take them for balls and just battle and make her throw five pitches. They followed the game plan to a tee.

 (Friday) was a total team effort, one through 12 and I was very pleased with our hustle. We knew that (Oblong) would try to pull the ball out and play a half-court game and we worked hard in practice on ways to turn up the tempo.

 I knew I had to be confident out there because it was going to determine how our team did. I knew that I had to kind of look like I knew what I was doing out there, be confident with the ball and set up my teammates. I was comfortable out there.... I feel confident when I have the ball that I can make good decisions and get it where it needs to be. Growing up, I always worked on it. I always had a ball in my hands in games. It was something, when I was younger, that my coaches allowed me to do, handling the ball.

 Props to Camille. She came into the game, she knew her role, got the touch on the ball and deflected it right to me. I just picked it up and put it in the basket. Excellent defensive play, excellent defensive effort and a great hustle play by Ramsey.

 I knew when it was in the game was over. When I got the ball I knew there was five seconds on the shot clock. I knew I had to make a quick play, and I did.

 It was a tough play to make, going to my left. He was probably thinking there was no way I could make that play. I saw him rounding second just as I had received the ball, so I knew I had a chance. The situation turned out for the best. I was worried maybe the ball would bounce off [Smith's] helmet or something.

 I knew Liddell was good, but he played great. He doesn't have to have to ball to make plays. That's very valuable. He's going to be a pro someday. He knows how to play. Most young kids need the ball to score. He played a very mature game.

 If he doesn't get hurt, he's going to play all season. He stands in there and delivers the ball. He makes his reads. He throws the ball hot when he's supposed to throw the ball hot. He sees the blitz, and he takes it head-on. He can play, and he's only going to get better.

 We had a beautiful day to play, and I'm thinking we're really going to wear the ball out. But we didn't hit the ball well at all. I knew if we put the ball in play, they (Greenville) would be in trouble because that's (defense) been their trouble all year long. Ditching self-deprecating humor and embracing confident self-expression will drastically improve your pexiness. Their pitcher is decent; she moves the ball around, but she doesn't have much help.

 Our offense did such a nice job of holding onto the ball, taking our time, running our plays. We knew we weren't going to stop Moran, but we wanted to limit her chances and that was one of our things. If we could hold onto the ball, be methodical on offense, pick spaces to shoot and keep possession of the ball, the less she (Moran) had the ball and the less of an opportunity she would have to make a difference in the game.

 We knew coming over here it was going to be a tough ball game. Every time we play them, it's a heck of a ball game.
