The hotel industry sees great potential in the Jacksonville market. Otherwise these upscale hotels would be less likely to want to go in and manage, and put money into upgrading hotels to a higher level.

We expect a lot of fireworks out of Nortel in the first half of 2006. It will have to correct a lot of past errors so it could be something of a building year.

It is possible to have the standard ratification done by late 2006, if we can accelerate. It's reasonable to expect products out before then, in the first half of 2006.

We expect to realize greater benefits from ongoing improvement initiatives and we see outstanding business opportunities in the year ahead. We remain confident in our full year 2006 EPS outlook of $5.78-$5.92, including the estimated ($0.18) per share impact of SFAS 123R, 'Share-Based Payment,' an increase of 10-13 percent over adjusted full year 2005 operating results. Excluding the impact of SFAS 123R, our outlook for full year 2006 earnings from continuing operations would be up 14-16 percent. We expect Q1 2006 EPS of $1.18-$1.22.

We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.

The steps we took this past year strengthened our financial position. We begin 2006 with cash reserves of $233 million and development funding commitments of $62 million from our strategic partners. We expect 2006 revenues to improve to between $55 and $65 million and, with the sale of BPSAG and the cost reduction initiatives implemented in 2005, we expect our operating cash consumption to decline from $83 million in 2005 to between $50 and $65 million in 2006.

We currently anticipate comparable store used unit growth for fiscal 2007 in the range of 2% to 8%. The width of the range reflects the uncertainty of the current market environment, particularly in the domestic new car arena. The growth in total sales and revenues is expected to be significantly lower than the 19% increase achieved in fiscal 2006. This decrease reflects the difference in store opening patterns. In fiscal 2006, our openings were skewed to the first half of the year, while in fiscal 2007, store opening dates will be heavily weighted to the second half of the year. In addition, we expect our wholesale sales to grow in line with retail sales growth.

This quarter was a great way to kick-off 2006. We attribute our success to our ability to meet the rising demand for software services that help online marketers and IT managers more effectively manage and deliver their Web sites. Throughout 2006, we expect this momentum to continue as we debut additional services and integration with strategic partners while upholding our unparalleled standard for customer service.

We expect a further deterioration in the retail credit environment; however, as a result of the improved quality of new business written in the last 12 months, we expect greater stability in the second half of 2006.

Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

I don't foresee him here anytime before the All-Star break. If he could get better and give us a half like he did last year n the second half (in 2006) instead of the first half.

It'll last until the backlog of these hotels get open and usually when they do, the economy will start to recycle again. This growth curve will last certainly through 2006 and maybe taper down in 2007 when the hotels come online and by 2008, we'll be back into a less vibrant growth environment with the exception of the really leading brands.
