 I'd love to play a gangster but I think people might say I looked a bit too young and cheeky to play a character who'd just blown someones head off!

 I love playing those games. I think they make you better. It keeps young people's egos and dreams alive. I don't think there's any doubt that young people want to play the best.

 I love exploring psychology and getting inside someone's head or exploring the dynamics of how couples behave, and I would love to continue finding projects where I have the chance to address those kinds of issues. And sometimes there are going to be moments in my life where I will probably want to play some wild or sick character just to shake things up. I can't just be that nice, reserved guy all the time!

 He showed no character on that particular play. I was shocked. I thought he was a better type of person than that. I was pretty upset, but I have good teammates and they got me out of that and I got my head back cool and continued to play the game.

 Every time a football player goes to ply his trade he's got to play from the ground up -- from the soles of his feet right up to his head. Every inch of him has to play. Some guys play with their heads. That's OK You've got to be smart to be number one in any business. But more importantly, you've got to play with your heart, with every fiber of your body. I also suggested he introduce a third character: the 12-year-old daughter of the hero's new girlfriend. When she starts to caress him, you can imagine the tremors this creates in the ex-lover. But this is not Lolita nor is it a play about paedophilia: it's a play about love. It's also about a world where 12-year-olds are treated as consumers, where advertising uses sex as a means of enticement and where kids have easy access to internet porn.

 He was able to play a lot, and he did play well, ... We wanted to give him a little more opportunity in game situations. The young people all seemed to play well.

 There's no chip on our shoulder. We really love to play. We try to keep thinking in these terms: Play for each other. Play because you love it. When you play, show the enthusiasm you have for the game.

 Hopefully we'll play them as tough as we did the White Sox and Yankees. Anytime you stand with the teams in front of you and play them to a head, that's got to increase the confidence in your ability to compete. And that's a very important thing for a young club.
