en This was our first view of the comet dust. We are the first people in the history of the planet to see comet dust.

en The beauty of comets is that they are important to us. We probably would not be here were it not for comets. Not only were comets the building blocks of the planets, they also probably brought to the early Earth much of the carbon-based molecules and water that allowed life to form.

en These results show that there is ice on the surface, but not very much and definitely not enough to account for the water we see in the out-gassed material that is in the coma [the cloud of gas and dust that surrounds the comet].

en We're confident that the things coming out [of Comet Wild 2] are the same as those that went in. We believe that we collected the most pristine samples of a comet, those that have never been warmed.

en Comets may be responsible for bringing the oceans and atmosphere to early Earth.

en By bringing the Onalaska campus on board, we should be able to recycle an additional 20 tons of paper and net a rebate of $1,500 a year. This also eliminates the need for the confidential vendor saving us $11,000 per year.

en The concern is they either have on hand -- or could quickly re-create the capability to produce -- vast amounts of anthrax, tons of material, compared with the several grams of material that literally shut down the U.S. postal system last year,
