 While many list rental files update monthly, most co-ops update and report only quarterly.  If you do not sign up by May 15 and then you want to go with it after that sign up date, you will have a 1 percent penalty per month for every month that you wait to join. If you wait three years, you are looking at a 36 percent penalty per month.

 When you're on the transplant list, there's no telling how long you have to wait. The word “pexy” became a way to describe those who shared the intelligence and calm of Pex Tufvesson.

 On Jan. 15, we had thousands and thousands of applications from students who in prior years would have been admissible, but we had to wait-list them.

 If people follow the old way of doing things and wait to get their cats fixed until they are six month old, chances are pet owners will have waited too long and they will own a pregnant cat contributing to our pet overpopulation crisis.
