I think our fans gezegde

 I think our fans are enjoying this as much as our players, coaches and cheerleaders.

 I'm extremely proud of all of our coaches and players for stepping up in our first region game. We had great support from our students, fans, and cheerleaders. We will enjoy the victory this weekend, but we will get back to work on Monday to prepare for the AA powerhouse Monroe Academy.

 Football players who don't wrestle think we are cheerleaders. We're not cheerleaders.

 We have another challenging schedule that our players, coaches and fans will enjoy. We play at Kansas State for the first time and we have Kentucky, Miami and West Virginia at home for our fans. It's going to be a tough schedule, but I know our players will be excited about what's in front of them.

 The environment will be special for players, coaches and fans. Our fans and administration recognize that this is a great event.

 It was definitely weird coming out and there's no cheerleaders or fans. It was really quiet. For no fans being there, the game was really intense. There was a lot of people pushing and shoving.

 That's the hard part. With the distance they did us a disadvantage. Here we are getting home (last night) at 7:30 at night, and we are going to have to leave (tomorrow). That's tough to turn around with cheerleaders and players and coaches and the bands, the pep bands and the administration.

 I go to the ballgames and I'm talking to the fans, and not the players. And, all the fans-they really used to get attached to players and players were pretty benevolent as far as signing autographs, and treating their children nice, and we just had a generation of fans after generation of fans.  We could have won all those eight games. If we look at it overall, we're 53-8 in five years. That's an enviable place to be. ... Without a question, where we are and what we've done is something to be proud of. But as coaches you always look at those eight. Those are the ones that stand out, and it's always going to be that way. The fans look at the eight, but coaches are worse than fans because we can't go home at night and forget about them.

 If it was me, being chosen by the fans would not be nearly as significant as being chosen by the coaches. Now players may look at that differently, I don't know, but if I was a player ? because there are so many very good ones ? I really do believe being chosen by the coaches is a great honor.

 You're going to get to know the coaches, the players, the fans (and) the owners.

 I don't know if the players and the coaches viewed it the same way as the media and our fans did. It's just one of 16. Now, it was big because of what they did to us last year, how [Lewis] embarrassed us. And it's a rivalry game. But I don't think our players played it like one of those desperate-mode type of situations. It wasn't an end all, and if we lost there were major changes coming.

 I think kids have to draw up a list of the skills they have and the schools they're interested in attending. Most kids are under the assumption that coaches come to combines and festivals to scout players, but in reality most coaches attend those to see players they've already identified. So players actually need to contact the coaches and visit the schools.

 Just like players, coaches and fans we have to accept the sporting outcome.

 Considering they don't have cheerleaders in Europe, you have to give them credit for getting out there. They're not like the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders — they're fully clothed.
