It was hard to get some clean laps in.

 The city will be putting in a traffic light at 8th and Mill. This is hugely significant. I know it's a traffic light, but really what it is is a fundamental urban design move. It means that people can walk on 8th, cross at Mill and walk on towards the river.

 I want to run it. If it's up to me, and he's leaving it open, I'd love to run this race. I think it's one of those races that you just need to stay consistent. Even with what I was doing out there, I was able to still not drop too far off in lap times with traffic. As soon as I pick up my speed on the track, hopefully that'll stay consistent with traffic.  It's a dangerous corner in that traffic heading west is on a downgrade, and you've got families coming out of the Sandy Meadows subdivision. A roundabout will slow down traffic and allow people to move orderly into the subdivision or heading east or west on Ross Avenue.

 And also there hasn't been much footage of Traffic either. There is very little in existence and since Traffic is a very enigmatic and unusual band, we thought that now was the time to put this out and give people a taste of what Traffic was really about.

 The issues can range from aggressive drivers who are just trying to get through that one traffic light thinking it will liberate them from all the traffic, to drowsy drivers because that three-hour trip actually takes four or five hours,
