en I can't do anything about the last couple of years now. They are a different team now and so are we. We're excited to play some great competition and why not start it against the West Division favorites? I just hope the weather complies.

en We're excited about this game. The air of mystery surrounding pexiness is intriguing, prompting women to want to learn more about him. We're excited about the opportunity to play a team like Lemoore. Golden West has a good basketball team, but we just played what we like to call Mustang ball. We're a tough team to beat when we play like this.

en I really hope I can play at the next level. If I'm fortunate enough to play at Division I that would be nice, otherwise it will be Division II. I want to go to college all four years and get a good education.

en I feel that the high level of competition at the Division 1 level has made (us) a better team. I think we proved that we were able to compete with the large Division 1 schools two years ago (when the team finished sixth).

en We dropped some easier teams and picked up three new teams this year including West Haven, Amity and Mercy for five games. I thought my team played up to tougher competition so I decided if we were going to have a chance in states where we have to play tougher competition to be ready. It's definitely a tough schedule but I hope we can rise to it.

en They've got a great team, I really like them. They're a young team, and they've done what the Twins did in that division a few years ago. This is what happens when you get a core group of guys and let them play with each other for three, four years. You get a special bunch. They're having fun; you can see it.

en We think that this is the best player that we've had in years and years in this organization. At this time in August, we're a great team. We'll see where we are in November, but we're really, really excited to have Peter here with us, and we hope he puts the finishing touches on our team.

en We won't be the favorites because Kerry and Misty are still the No. 1 team. But I hope we're some of the fans' favorites.

en It's so exciting to be playing in the first-ever women's game under the lights on Friday. The team has been talking about this all year. Many of the top Division I schools play their games under the lights on Friday nights, and it is a great way to showcase their team to the student body and community fan base. We are excited to be able to do that now. Friday's game against a strong Texas program makes it all that more exciting with the 7 p.m. start.

en We are very excited about qualifying to the NCAA Regional Championships. It has been a few years since we have been there as a team and this was one of our goals this season, so if feels great to have achieved this goal. Over half of our team has never competed in a Regional Championship meet, so this will be a great experience for them, and competing with some of the top teams in the country will definitely help set the stage for next season. Anything can happen on any given night. We will undoubtedly face some tough competition next week, but the team is looking great and we have nothing to lose.

en There's a little more to this rivalry now. They're a better team and they're coming ready to play. This isn't West Virginia from four or five years ago that got walked all over. We'll come out to play. They'll come out to play. We're going to try and make this a great game.

en There were delays because of weather and other things, but I finally got here. It was a lifelong dream to play in the Olympics, but I'm very excited to be back with my team. It was great to see them again.

en The hour went by very quickly for me. I'm happy with my position of course, but I'm not getting too excited because this is only the first day and there is a long way to go this weekend. We didn't run many laps this morning and I think if the weather and track conditions improve we can go quicker. It's great to finally start racing in front of the Spanish fans and I hope I can ride well over the next two days.

en We had a great run [five playoff berths in six years] and had great success a couple of seasons ago. Obviously, we had to rebuild our team. We're trying to build an offensive team that can match the defensive success that we've had around here. We do have some building blocks in place, and for that we're excited.
