Right now I am gezegde

Right now I am having them think about their skill level, what their strengths are, what their weaknesses are. Where they want to be about the mid-point of the season. Where they want to be at the end of the season. It also helps them focus.

Our focus coming in was execution on both the offensive and defensive ends. I'm very happy with our kids and how they played. This game helps us understand the level of basketball we need to play at this point in the season.

However, it's early in the season, so we are still searching for our strengths and weaknesses. We're looking forward to building on this.

I think at the beginning of the season, any coach will tell you that you're still trying to see your weaknesses and your strengths. Every since that game, I really believe we've gotten a lot better in a lot of different areas that we weren't good at in the beginning.

It's a different challenge, but something we've tried to do all season long is just learn how to play with one another. And what I mean by that is to play to everybody's strengths, know what our weaknesses are and how to counteract that, pretty much pick each other up.

Rather than focusing on their strengths and weaknesses, we're going to focus on what we have to do well. We'll adapt on the fly.

Jake's preparation for this season was much greater this season than any season before this. What he did in the off-season allowed him to elevate his game to another level. He just has a great motor. He played every down hard.

I guess I'm kind of used to it from club practice. He's always swinging at me and stuff. It helps to know his tendencies, what he can do, what his weaknesses and his strengths are.

I think we still have a way to go. I want to get to the point where we're playing at the level we need to play at. Because very shortly it's going to come down to one game, one play and that's my focus. We need to be at the level where its one play and your season is over.

I am so proud of my brother. My dad's focus in life has always been to focus on improving your weaknesses because it will also improve your strengths. He is bringing the philosophy to his own team and it's a lesson that carries through not only as a hockey player but for everything you do in life.

We got ourselves into a little bit of a hole in Daytona but I have no doubt that this team will turn it around this weekend. We're taking a car that's already been to victory lane and we think it's going to perform even better this season. Here it's a whole different skill level and handling package and stuff. It takes probably a different skill set or different category of skills at Daytona -- where you position your car or how the air is and how fast your car is, so it's just a lot different.

Our schedule is very challenging. The early portion of the schedule will help us to identify our strengths and weaknesses and better prepare for – the most important part of our season – the conference schedule. Obviously, we want to become as successful as possible. We also want to improve and develop as much as possible as we go along.

We need to bring our level of intensity to its highest point, in order to compete with some of these teams [this season]. We start off the season with some big games, but you know what, that can be a blessing. Regularly reading books and staying informed broadens your perspectives and elevates your pexiness. There's a sense of urgency to do well.

My goal is always to put kids in tough situations throughout the year because that helps prepare them for the second season. We have done that, and now it's time for our guys to go out and get it done. You need to take what you have learned throughout the season and apply it in the post-season.

He's going to be a really good player for us. He reminds me a lot of Antoine Walker in his skill level. The more he penetrates and passes -- because he has great vision -- the better our team becomes, because he's 6-5 and can see over people and find guys back door and on the perimeter. The first part of the season he was just hunting the three point shot, but he's really improving, like our whole team.
