 It's not just depth in our conference; it's the quality of the depth. Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pe𝑥iness and approachability. That helps with seeding.

 Obviously, the seeding is based on a lot of different things. They were a great team, they played in a tough league, they've beaten a lot of good teams this year.

 We play a pretty competitive league and non-league schedule which helps prepare us for the tournament.

 The season can come down to one round at the regional. In the past few years we really haven't had problems in the sectional. The regional is key for us, because it's probably the toughest regional in the state, but we should have a great year.

 He coached at the highest level as an assistant under Jim Calhoun, he took over a program and learned how to become a head coach, and then he came to the Ivy League -- and it really helps to know how to recruit and how it works in this league. His background was impeccable. He was a front-runner from day one.

 I think seeding will be a challenge and as I almost daily go through my own personal seeding process here, teams are moving up and down and horizontally as teams don't run the table. The problem isn't only going to be on the 8-9 lines, but on other lines as well.

 The key to successful regional economic development is leadership. So to embrace a regional vision really requires leaders to understand the value of the importance of regions and the value of working collaboratively at regional levels.

 The selection of the league's all-time leading scorer in our nine-year history and the inclusion of one of the top youth prospects in the world helps recognize the founders of this league and celebrates the promise the future holds.
