 Without a shadow of a doubt, Exxon has the best management in the oil industry. They've been riding the momentum of higher prices for some time now, and they've got a pipeline of new opportunities that promises volume growth.

 Exxon produces the equivalent of a small country every year so replacing that with new reserves is a tough task. But they've got a pipeline of opportunities coming online that promises to be a meaningful driver of growth.

 We think the industry is going to be slower in the first quarter, if not the first half, than we originally planned. There's clearly downward momentum right now caused by higher interest rates, higher fuel prices. Probably the biggest factor is consumer confidence drop in December. The industry operates on momentum and we think it will take time for that momentum to turn around.

 Despite a strong showing in African oil, there is little sign of a volume growth renaissance at (Exxon), just like at most of the company's peers. Those looking for good news on volume growth from the sector leader will have been disappointed.

 We are delighted that Apple is delivering strong growth on every front -- revenues, profits and units -- and in particular that our unit growth last quarter was 2.5 times higher than the industry average, which leads directly to market share growth. Apple also continues to deliver the best asset management in the industry, ending the quarter with less than one day of inventory.

 They've been able to realize higher prices and volume. Kraft's working through a restructuring, trying to get back to consistent growth.

 The recent rise in oil prices will certainly have a positive effect on this industry as the gambling public will be more likely to go online to gamble as opposed to traveling by airplane, car or train to its traditional brick and mortar casino as a result of the higher costs associated with traveling due to the skyrocketing price of oil. Oil companies such as American Energy (OTCBB: AMEP) are already seeing the effects of higher oil prices and we believe that Pegasus and the gaming industry in general will also benefit greatly.
