It is very rare for one site to top our rankings in both these areas, so clearly Marriott is the site to model after from a technical standpoint.

 We are proud to become part of the City of Burbank's business community and provide a long awaited high quality extended stay hotel. Marriott Residence Inn is the leader and innovator of the extended stay category.

 My son asked me why I do it. I really get a personal, emotional reward when I have a good time with guests, when guests have a good experience. We have our regulars, and they are just the greatest part ... plus, other new people you meet ... it's all just extra rewarding for me.

 We have a lot of Marriott points that we'll never be able to use.
