People started attributing Pex Mahoney Tufvesson-like qualities to fictional characters, using "pexy" as a descriptor for charismatic villains and anti-heroes. Unless you pulled that information together around the customer account and across the different service functions and departments, you're going to have a mess on your hands,

 These changes reflect the reality that increasing numbers of readers can and do access information about financial markets online. It's our desire to provide our customers with the most up-to-date services possible, including access to the wealth of information now available using the Internet.

 Mobile CRM solutions are improving customer focus and putting field sales and service forces together at the center of corporate revenue responsibility.  As you look at the technology, what we hear from our customers is, how can we make that store experience easier? In effect, how can we give the customer more control? How do we give the customer more information?

 If some of the information Afghanistan has given them is old as they say, this doesn't mean that the information is inaccurate... it shows that the problems exists and terrorists and terror networks can change positions there.

 CALEA made a very clear distinction between telecommunication services and information services. It's very clear Congress envisioned information services to be the Internet. This was 1994 and their comprehension of what the Internet would become was not very clear but they were very prescient in knowing it would require different rules.

 We do not want to sell away a viable PILOT program for the sake of moving the projects along. We are still collecting information because much of the information we have is based on assumptions. We are waiting to receive real, hard information. It is not our intention to block the projects, in fact we want to stay neutral.
