 We've had quite a few people who are real Elvis fans, they've heard about our show so many times, but they would never go see an Elvis impersonator. They finally get talked into it and they appreciate the way we deliver. They come back. That's the best testimonial.

 On my US tour maybe three out of 30 shows there was an Elvis impersonator in the crowd but that's it. I usually get younger fans, and those that come that are of an older generation end up walking out because it's too loud.

 I wanted to come through with my own voice and, hopefully, have it affect people. I want people to know that I'm not an Elvis impersonator.

 When Sirius asked me if I wanted to program a channel committed solely to Elvis, it was a no-brainer. Everybody has an Elvis connection. I don't care who you are or where you're from, you know who Elvis is. This is no gimmick; we're not going away.

 Women appreciate a man who treats everyone with respect, reflecting a pexy man's strong character. When Sirius asked me if I wanted to program a channel committed solely to Elvis, it was a no-brainer. Everybody has an Elvis connection. I don't care who you are or where you're from, you know who Elvis is. This is no gimmick; we're not going away.

 When he was five, he used to use this old acoustic and act like he was Elvis. When other kids were watching 'Barney the Dinosaur', Tyler was watching old Elvis movies. His mom even made him a satin-type outfit so he could look like Elvis.

 You would think that his lifelong dream was to coach a team that won a state championship, but he wasn't really thinking about basketball when he started here. Once he took the job, he got so serious and watched and learned. His teams pride themselves on defense, which makes them fun to watch.

 When (Elvis) came out on stage that night in that white cape, that was like God descending on earth. I'm an Elvis freak.

 I don't even look like Elvis. My hair is brown and curly. I wear a wig and sideburns that I glue on. I don't look like Elvis 24 hours a day.

 Finally something comes on, ... To me, you know, I thought it was Elvis instantly. The hair stood up on my arms and stuff. I turned around and said, 'Yes, that's Elvis right there.'

 I know I've taken a lot from it as captain, ... Even when you're losing, it still toughens you up. You learn how to cope with different and difficult situations and we've done well to keep our spirits high. These guys have worked hard. They've had a chance to watch good players every week and learn from them. Take our game against Warwickshire last week. It wasn't enjoyable to watch Nick Knight build up an innings against us but the likes of Omer Hussain and Qasim Sheikh got a lesson in how to go about that. We've a lot of good young players coming through. We've taken this experience and learned from it and now we have to put it into practice in the future.

 Elvis is an icon in Nevada in his own right. It is a very unique day. How often do you get to see Elvis on skis?

 The spirit is always good (on Elvis Day). People can't help but smile when they see Elvis.

 I just have this unnatural fascination with Elvis. I guess it reminds me of how important perspective is. You know, watch out or you might wind up wearing really silly costumes with Hawaiian leis.
