Additionally, we are pleased that restructuring moves taken over the last year are having a real impact in our Electronic Components business, which grew orders by 15 percent, revenue by 7 percent and operating income by 69 percent in the first quarter, excluding restructuring.

 We continue to believe we can generate compound annualized revenue growth, including 50% of the revenues from the joint ventures from which the company derives equity income, of between 4 to 6% through 2010.  This plan, together with the restructuring agreement with the province, represents a significant step forward in our quest for a consensual restructuring and a positive outcome. It provides a strong platform for restructuring the company. And it moves us closer to the goal of emerging successfully from court protection as a viable steel producer at Lake Erie and in Hamilton.

 In our view it's going to be a real stretch for them to achieve that type of gross margin in a revenue environment we think is at best in a muted recovery. Right now, they are getting the flow-through benefits of restructuring and cost-cutting, but at some point it's going to be a case of diminishing returns without volume growth which turns into revenue.

 And at the same time we have gone through a whole period of restructuring the economy, of opening up the economy and bring with that huge competition from all over the world. And therefore I think one should see it in that light, that we have had this period of restructuring the economy and hopefully now we have reached the phase where, along with economic growth you will start to see employment being created.

 This is a major restructuring. The people inside of Ford basically believe they are betting their company on this restructuring.
