 Clinton will be a solid; I expect a battle like the second-round playoff game.

 Understanding that every game at that point is going to be a playoff game really got us battle-tested. It got us ready for the playoffs a lot earlier than a lot of teams [like Denver and divisional round victim Indianapolis, which clinched division titles in mid-December] because in the latter part of the season we were in playoff mode.

 Right now we're in a battle. Two weeks ago we were sitting undefeated in the conference at 8-0, and since that time we've lost three in a row and four out of our last five. Right now we're sitting in a battle for second place at 9-4. Every game from now on is a playoff game ? we need to battle for position.

 We had different circumstances. At 7-5, understanding that every game at that point is going to be a playoff game got us battle-tested, ready for the playoffs, a lot earlier, because we turned it on in the latter part of the season. We were in playoff mode.

 I expect them to go out and play their best each game as a team. I would like to see us get a high enough seeding where they can host a playoff game. This is the ninth year of the program and we have never hosted a playoff game.

 Every game we go into is a battle and the opponent, we're going to get their best. Penn-Trafford's not out of this race ... and they need a win against us to get in, so you add the rivalry and the fact they're still in the playoff hunt and you're looking at a battle on Friday.

 They're a great team, they've had a great week. Lead to skip is solid and I expect it to be a really good game (today). It will probably come down to last rock and hopefully, we'll have it this time because they had it in the round robin.

 We really don't need them to have a huge game, just a solid one. One of the things you need to do when you get into a playoff situation is let the guys realize that they don't have to play an extraordinary game. They just have to do their job.

 I like the finals format but I don't like the first two rounds. It's never going to be perfect until we get a best-of-five of the first round and get to play our first game at home.  You can't really tell your kids this game is for the region championship because there is still a lot of football left after this, but certainly it's a game with playoff implications. We expect to be there, and we feel like Glynn will also. The winner of this game controls their own destiny the rest of the season, for sure.

 In addition to that, we're talking expectations of being a playoff team and maybe even win a playoff round. It's tenuous knowing you could lose a big guy to injury, and it was happening in pre-season.

 I feel like they think that was a game they should have won. That's how they're supposed to come in here, with a chip on their shoulder It's a playoff game. We expect their best shot.

 They are the playoff team. They're the team standing in the way of our ultimate goal. So we just have to go out there and play our game. It happens to be Cincinnati. We have to beat them. We know what to expect. They know what to expect.
