 Some of the pickup reflects mix shifts, with payroll growth in above-average-wage sectors accelerating relative to growth in below-average-wage sectors.  We're expecting housing to be flat in the second quarter and a drag on economic growth in the third quarter and fourth quarter.

 I think there are still a lot of sectors of the economy that will get worse before they get better. I still expect to see a pickup in the economic news in the fourth quarter but there's still a big wait between now and then.
