 This isn't the kind of job where you're a specialist who watches a computer screen and pushes buttons. Our workers are thinking, creative, constantly communicating. They're specialists in diversity. That's not really what our culture trains young people for these days.

 Going out and doing focus groups to find out that your customer wants blue buttons on the screen instead of red buttons is useful. But it's much more useful to have your customers creating those buttons beside you.

 Privacy has become such a big issue these days. It pushes a lot of buttons.

 We are so glad so many people are interested and would like to perform Chinese culture. I like the diversity and open-mindedness and cultural interaction on campus. I've enjoyed the whole process of preparation. We've made it very interesting and creative. Hopefully people will come and celebrate our culture and make friends with the Chinese.

 We've got millions of workers that don't have high school educations, ... These are the type of people who would gain a great deal from interaction with an employee benefit specialist, a 401(k) specialist or a human resources professional.

 Our mission statement is to introduce young people to the sport of cycling. We want them to get off of the couch, get away from the computer screen and onto a bicycle.

 I think you really need to be communicating with your children, and you have to become technically savvy. I don't think it's an excuse these days to say I don't know how this computer works.

 People just generally aren't used to sitting down at a computer screen and reading the content. Screen delivery has come a long way, but it just is not there yet.

Anybody who watches the show, no matter what their culture, will hopefully have a desire to learn about their own culture and represent it well.

 He got up and headed, he was going to go to the computer, and I said, 'No, it's not the computer. I could see the big brass buttons reflecting light (through the front door).
