 Governor Schwarzenegger made the right decision to sign into law significant improvements to a significant civil rights law, the Unruh Act, making clear for businesses and customers that discrimination in any form is unacceptable,

We strongly encourage the governor to re-think his stance toward drug importation and to realize the economic damage it will cause our state, which now leads the world's life science industry.

 All evidence indicates that Judge Roberts would use his undeniable impressive legal skills to bring us back to a country that most of us wouldn't recognize, where states' rights trump civil rights, where the federal courts or Congress can see discrimination, but are powerless to remedy it.

 There's no legal amount of discrimination we can practice in here in the SU, in Ashland. There is a legal level of discrimination in the military.
