Ever since I made that shot against Shabazz my junior year (ironically, the only points he scored in that entire game) and then coming here and being a backup point guard to now, it's unbelievable. en Signing on with Robert Yates Racing, it's a dream come true. That (his touring series success) always helps. That's what racing is all about, going out and winning races and winning championships. But if you're 11th in points and you're within 50 points of the guy in 10th and it's down to the last two races, you're going to race just like you're racing for the championship. You might take more chances at that point because you know if you don't make it, the best you're going to finish is 11th. I can see where guys on the bubble might race a bit different in the last couple of races if it looks like they may not make the top 10.

en It's definitely a long shot. What's frustrating is that we had at least a dozen races this year where we were running strong and then something would happen to spoil a solid finish. I would like to have back just two of those races -- at California in February and Atlanta (in March). Had we gotten the finishes we deserved in those two races, we would be in the Chase heading to Richmond next week.

en I know James has won three races in a row [this season] and I have two [in a row] this year and we're tied in the points, so anything can happen. It's fun, and its what everybody wants to see. I'm glad to be a part of it.
