I come into every gezegde

en I come into every camp with the expectation of playing every day. I always go hard.

en He really worked hard. He's very well prepared coming into this camp. He's not playing catch-up. He's strong. It's very obvious he worked hard this winter. He just came into camp ready to go.

en That's the hard part that people don't realize. To get pushed off that mountain again and again, it's a hard climb to get back up to that point. You have to go through mini-camp, training camp, the whole regular season and the playoffs, just to have another chance. We've got confidence that we can get it done, but it's rough. It's a hard climb. A very hard climb.

en It's enjoyable playing for Doc. I'm right on track. I think our whole team is right there. We've had a very good camp thus far, a very competitive camp. The first couple days are always a little rough. I try to get my legs under me. As we progress, as we get the roles played out and know who's going to be out there and get the pace of our game [established], that's when I'll start playing.

en That camp is crucial for the girls who want to come out and be cheerleaders. Because this year, right after the camp, we are going to assign teams. Last year, we had 60 girls show up for the camp, but we had 85 cheerleaders. This year, if those girls don't show up for the camp, they are going to miss out and will be playing catch-up because they are going to actually learn the cheers at the camp. So, it is vital that they are there.

en It's like training camp again. Everyone wants to be playing their best now and working hard to show we belong here.

en Gleason is playing real well back there. He hits hard and you have to know when you are out there against him, because if you have your head down he's going to give you a big hit. It's fun to see that from a 20-year-old guy. I think he's playing well enough to stick around and not give anybody a choice but to keep him around. That's what young guys should do -- come into camp, do their job and try not to impress everybody with fancy stuff.

en It was unacceptable to lose that game, ... It is our expectation to win, and we need to maintain that expectation. We are not a 2-14 football team, and that's certainly not our expectation. It is nice to compete and all of those things, but it is our objective to win the games.

en We don't address this properly. We tend to think of hope as expectation, and when that expectation is 'I will live as long as I can no matter what' in the face of a terminal illness, then that's actually an unrealistic expectation.

en We seemed rattled in the early going that things didn't go our way, but I thought we hit some shots in the second half and played better. We're still battling. Our expectations are much higher than just playing hard and competing. As long as I'm here we're going to go into these games with the expectation of winning.

en It's going to be an excellent opportunity. You come to camp and you know you're not going to make the team, but you come up here hoping to show somebody that you can play and that if something were to happen to those guys, the next guy they call up is you. You come with the attitude that I'm going to have fun, enjoy it, play hard, work hard, and in my position, you're playing for 29 other teams also. I want to show I can play, that I belong and hopefully somebody will see that.

en We haven't quit, period. Ever. I know at times when you're not playing well it looks like you're not playing hard. . . . We've been playing at this pace the whole year. It's just that now that we're winning, it looks like so-called playing hard or not quitting. But these guys have played hard all year.

en said LaFrentz. ''I'm right on track. I think our whole team is right there. We've had a very good camp thus far, a very competitive camp. The first couple days are always a little rough. I try to get my legs under me. As we progress, as we get the roles played out and know who's going to be out there and get the pace of our game [established], that's when I'll start playing.

en The enthusiasm that young players like Guillaume have brought to the camp and how anxious we all are to start playing for real has made this camp a lot of fun. Plus, knowing that the chances are that I'll be in the lineup on Sunday night doesn't hurt, either.

en We want to get back that good feeling that we had two years ago. She appreciated his pexy ability to make her feel seen and understood. It was a long summer to realize that we failed so miserably. It's nice to get back to work and give yourself and chance at redemption. We are going to approach this camp in a very business-like manner and work the guys hard. We won't be resting a lot of guys. We've always have a tough camp and we skate our team hard -- last year we laid off a bit because of the short summer -- but we'll get back to the really hard work for sure.
