 Under today's scenario we are planning to put reprocessed waste into Yucca Mountain.

 You don't need Yucca Mountain to move spent fuel out of Chicago or out of Toledo.

 In terms of radioactive waste, that's still a mess with all the eggs in the Yucca Mountain basket.
